Discovering opportunity
Following the pandemic, a decline in dine-in customers at Domino's restaurants became evident. Although the significance of in-store and dine-in experiences remains essential, online sales via native and other food delivery applications have shown stronger performance.
The project was launched to enhance the Domino's pizza dining experience. The goal is to reposition Domino's as a compelling option for dine-in, complementing its successful delivery service. This approach seeks to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for customers.
